Where is RiderAdda available?

Does it track my location in the background?
No. Location is used only while you are actively using a shift, and location points are deleted after 30 days.
Do other riders see my phone number?
Never. Your phone number is stored only as a salted hash and is never shown to anyone.
Which delivery apps does it work with?
RiderAdda is an independent helper for riders and works alongside whichever delivery apps you already use.
Can I use my RiderAdda history as official proof of my work?
It is supporting information, not an official record. RiderAdda has no connection to any delivery platform’s systems, so we cannot confirm what you were assigned, paid or penalised. Your history is self-reported, incomplete by design, and not certified by us — it is not an employment, payroll or attendance record. Our position is that it is not proof of anything, for or against you: we do not certify it and will not act as a witness or expert about it for anyone. Where a court order or lawful request compels us we must hand over data, but that is an obligation, not an endorsement of its accuracy. You are free to export and use your own data however you wish; what weight it carries is for a court or authority to decide, not us.
Do you profile riders or share data with delivery companies?
No. We do not build behavioural profiles for third parties, and we do not rate, score or rank riders for delivery platforms, employers, insurers or lenders. We do not sell or share your data with them. The trust score exists only to keep the app fair and abuse-resistant.
